We're excited to share this holiday season with you! As the holidays approach, we’d like our customers to please note our holiday hours and shipping deadlines. If a specific day is not noted below, we will be open for normal operating hours.
This year, we are only shipping orders on Monday and Tuesday for our regular shipping weeks. Cutoff for Monday orders is Saturday at 6PM Central. Cutoff for Tuesday orders is Tuesday at 11AM Central.

Your selected shipping method only applies to the time it takes to arrive after shipping on either that Monday or Tuesday.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES
Due to the high volume of customers we receive in-store during the holiday season, we will be implementing a deadline for shipping orders. We HIGHLY recommend that UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air services are chosen for all holiday orders. We cannot be held responsible for delayed orders due to transit issues. These deadlines are for both online orders and phone-in shipping orders. Orders must be placed by the following deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
Thanksgiving Order Deadline: Sunday, November 17th, 11:59 PM
Christmas Order Deadline: Sunday, December 15th, 11:59 PM
NO orders will be shipped between November 20th and December 1st, and between December 18th to December 29th, as we will be serving our in-store customers for the holiday rush.

Orders may be placed on these days, but will be shipped when we return from our order cutoff. Orders placed between November 20th and December 1st will ship beginning December 2nd. Orders placed between December 18th and December 29th will ship beginning December 30th.
All phone-in and online orders must be placed no later than these dates so we can ship your order in time for the holidays.

Notably, UPS states "A limited number of UPS 2nd Day Air® and UPS 3 Day Select® packages tendered Dec. 16 and Dec. 17, and UPS 2nd Day Air® packages tendered Dec. 18 may require an additional day in transit. The most up-to-date transit time details will be available at ups.com/ctc at the time of shipping." Neither UPS nor Jacob's Andouille will be responsible for these service delays.
