We're excited to share this holiday season with you! As the holidays approach, we’d like our customers to please note our holiday hours and shipping deadlines. If a specific day is not noted below, we will be open for normal operating hours.
Due to a large influx of orders for the holiday season, processing time may take an additional business day. We try our best to be as fast as possible as we ship out orders, but please remember we are a small business working as fast as we can!
PLEASE NOTE: Christmas Eve falls on a Sunday this year. As we are typically closed on Sundays, we will be giving our workers an extra day for their holiday break this year. This means we will be closed on both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day for this year only. As many of our customers visit from out of town during the holidays, we ask that you please plan accordingly.

Holiday Shipping Deadlines
Due to the high volume of customers we receive in-store during the holiday season, we will be implementing a deadline for shipping orders. We HIGHLY recommend that UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air services are chosen for all holiday orders. We cannot be held responsible for delayed orders due to transit issues. These deadlines are for both online orders and phone-in shipping orders. Orders must be placed by the following deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
Thanksgiving Order Deadlines:
USPS Priority Mail: Tuesday, November 14th 11:59 PM
UPS 2nd Day Air: Sunday, November 19th, 11:59 PM
UPS Next Day Air: Sunday, November 19th, 11:59 PM
UPS Ground(Where Available): Sunday, November 19th, 11:59 PM
Final USPS Priority Mail orders will be shipped Wednesday, November 15th by the end of the business day.
Final UPS orders will be shipped Monday, November 20th by the end of the business day.
Christmas Order Deadlines:
USPS Priority Mail: Sunday, December 17th, 11:59 PM
UPS 2nd Day Air: Sunday, December 17th, 11:59 PM

Final USPS Priority Mail and UPS orders will be shipped by Monday, December 18th by the end of the business day.

Notably, UPS states “A limited number of UPS 2nd Day Air® and UPS 3 Day Select® packages tendered Dec. 18 and UPS 2nd Day Air® packages tendered Dec. 19 may require an additional day in transit. The most up-to-date transit time details will be available at ups.com/ctc at the time of shipping.” Neither UPS nor Jacob's Andouille will be responsible for these service delays.
