Our own fresh sausage blend of ground pork seasoned with salt, red pepper, black pepper, and garlic stuffed in a traditional pork casing, which is then smoked to fully cooked perfection over aged pecan wood. Great tasting as a snack, and excellent to cook with. Available in regular pork, hot pork, chicken, beef, and cheese varieties.

Jacob's Andouille offers several shipping options, including ground shipping, 2-day shipping, and overnight shipping. The cost of shipping varies depending on the weight of the order and the shipping speed.
Beginning October 10th, orders will only be shipped out Monday and Tuesday every week during the Holiday season! Order cutoff for orders to be shipped Monday will be Saturday at 6PM. Order cutoff for orders to be shipped Tuesday will be Tuesday at 11AM.
