A fresh sausage made with 95% lean ground pork seasoned with a blend of salt, red pepper, black pepper, and garlic then stuffed into the traditional pork casing. Great cooked as a side item or stand alone meal.
This is a fresh product and MUST be shipped overnight. NOT ELIGIBLE FOR SAME DAY SHIPPING. Will be frozen day of order and shipped next possible day.

Ordering Options & Info
Jacob's Andouille offers several shipping options, including ground shipping, 2-day shipping, and overnight shipping. The cost of shipping varies depending on the weight of the order and the shipping speed.
Beginning October 10th, orders will only be shipped out Monday and Tuesday every week during the Holiday season! Order cutoff for orders to be shipped Monday will be Saturday at 6PM. Order cutoff for orders to be shipped Tuesday will be Tuesday at 11AM.
