Jacob's World Famous Andouille has been in business for over 96 years, and is well-known for its Andouille Sausage and smoked meats. The rich history of the Jacob's business includes the timeless tradition of smoking sausage over an open flame, only ever using Pecan wood in a Cypress smokehouse.
