Tasso is a sliced cut of 95% lean pork shoulder which is seasoned and smoked for a unique flavor. Tasso is great as a seasoning meat in many dishes, or as a ready to eat snack. Also available made with sliced lean turkey thigh meat.

Jacob's Andouille offers several shipping options, including ground shipping, 2-day shipping, and overnight shipping. The cost of shipping varies depending on the weight of the order and the shipping speed.
Beginning October 10th, orders will only be shipped out Monday and Tuesday every week during the Holiday season! Order cutoff for orders to be shipped Monday will be Saturday at 6PM. Order cutoff for orders to be shipped Tuesday will be Tuesday at 11AM.
